You can book via our website, phone, or approved platforms. Your booking is confirmed after receiving a confirmation email or payment.
Payment
We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. Full payment or a deposit may be required at booking.
Cancellation
1 months notice of cancellation is required for all holiday periods. December, January, February, extended week-ends, school holidays, team bookings and group corporate bookings. Any deposits that are made are NON-REFUNDABLE over any holiday period.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 2:00PM to 8:30PM | Check-out: by 10:00AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with management.
Smoking Policy
The Beach House Motel is a smoke-free complex.
Damage
Guests acknowledge that they are personally liable for the payment of any damage accidental or malicious by themselves or their guests and that all remaining balances can be charged to their credit card.
Age Restriction
Guests must be at least 20 years old to book and stay at the property. Proof of ID is required on arrival.
Visitors
All visitors must vacate the complex by 9:30PM.
Pool Area
The pool is for staying guests only.
